PTFA
We’re excited to announce our upcoming Pre-Loved Sale on Saturday 23rd November, from 9:30 AM to 12:30PM at Rackenford Primary School. This event is a fantastic way to sustainably prepare for Christmas while raising funds to support our school, children, and facilities. We’d love your support to make it a success!
1. Donate Pre-Loved Items
If you have any gently used clothes, toys, books, or household items that could find a new home, please consider donating them. Simply drop off any items at the school office to Melissa on 21st or 22nd November. We can’t accept donations earlier due to insufficient storage.
If you’d prefer to sell your own items, why not book a table? Tables are available for £10 each and we will have 5 tables to sell on a first come first served basis. It’s a great opportunity to declutter and make a little extra ahead of the holiday season! To reserve a table, please contact Sara at 07824 618067
Whether donating, selling, or shopping, we’d love to see you there! There will be breakfast pastries and hot drinks available for purchase, so bring your family and friends and enjoy a morning of shopping and community spirit.
Thank you for your continued support. We can’t wait to see you on the 23rd!

Little Angels
This week the children have been learning from the story Hovis the Hedgehog by Lynda Leigh-Crawford and Lawrence David. They have been understanding more about Bonfire night safety, experienced how to risk assess using sparklers (using a carrot!) and even loved making their own sparkler snacks. They had great fun using a salad spinner for some amazing fireworks art, listening to some poems and made bonfire cupcakes! What a wonderful learning week the children have had.
