This week the children have been learning form the story called The Worrysaurus by Rachel Bright. They have been practising meditation out on a walk, talking about our feelings, looking at ways to communicate including body and sign language, discovering different ways to stay active and eat healthily to look after our mental and physical well being. What an important week learning all about taking care of ourselves.
