Hello and welcome back to all our families, I hope you all had a wonderful Easter despite the weather!
|
It has been lovely having all the children back in school this week, seeing them getting back into their learning and hearing about the fun they have had whilst they were off. The children all looked incredibly smart this week and we have spoken about uniform on Monday and Thursday, both regular uniform and PE uniform. As the weather is improving can I please take this opportunity to remind parents about putting names in children's clothes, particularly jumpers, so that we can return lost items to their rightful owners. The summer term always seems to fly by as there is so much on with trips, sports day, year 6 transition and much more so please continue to check the newsletter for important dates.

Fallow Home Learning
|
As part of our topic 'Through the Ages' Fallow class were given a Home Learning Project to create something from that period. They had lots of fun creating Cave paintings, Stonehenge, Homes we even had a Stoneage cake.

Little Angels
|
What a wonderful book to start our term off with. The very hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle, is a favourite with all the children. They have had lots of opportunities to learn about our senses, colour and numbers as well as change and growth. The children have explored painting, puzzles, patterns and tasted a variety of food. They have also been out for nature walks and discovered flowers and changes in the trees and surroundings. What a wonderful week to get the term started with
